These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and features of the Casinoto platform. Casinoto operates under a Curacao eGaming licence and complies with international online gaming standards.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By using the Casinoto website or mobile app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using Casinoto's services.

Only one account per person is permitted on Casinoto. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

All information provided during registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information when creating an account is a serious violation.

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account is strictly prohibited.
• Upon receiving a KYC (identity verification) request, required documents must be submitted within 72 hours.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months may be subject to an automatic maintenance fee.

All bonuses and promotions at Casinoto are subject to specific terms and conditions. Players are advised to read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once at the time of the first deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

All bets on Casinoto are considered final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless Casinoto officially declares an error.

If there is a clear error in the display of odds (for example, 101 shown instead of 1.01), Casinoto reserves the right to void the affected bet. All such decisions are made on the basis of fairness.

• Bets placed while a betting market is suspended may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In the event of a disputed result, the decision of the official sports federation shall be final.
• Bets placed during live betting that benefited from a network disruption may be voided.

Casinoto supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some methods may take up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, if KYC verification has not been completed, processing may take up to 7 business days. Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash/Nagad), ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinoto. If proven, the account will be permanently closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system.
• Match fixing or placing bets using inside information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Casinoto strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Casinoto is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other technical failures.
• Casinoto is not directly liable for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• No compensation may be claimed for service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.

Casinoto reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
